Okay, so I switched to mac.  After years of 'emulating' macs, and having an old mac in the corner, I went and made the plunge and got a Macbook as my main computer (white, 2.4ghz, 3gigs ram, 160gig hd, Intel x3100 graphics).Now, being the emulating nut that I am, I had to have either VMwares Fusion or Parallels to run Window on, simutaneously, while working on the Mac.  I went with Fusion, for reasons I forget now (i'm sure there was one thing that worked better at the time).

So this is the start of a new endeavour for me.  With all the buzz around recently in regards to the iPhone and Rogers outrageous pricing,  I've decided to not only give up the dream of owning an iPhone, but I want a mobile phone without a dataplan at all. What I want is this:

CURRENT STATUS: content from my drupal site being displayed in a canvas page at facebook.com, cool.  Users/visitors now able to add content or comments via facebook canvas pages.
I'll be checking out all the core modules, then other modules to see which ones work out-of-the-box and which ones require special settings or tweaking.
